About This Event
Этот трёхчасовой очный тренинг — сфокусированная версия программы The Modern Classroom, построенная вокруг тех же трёх областей, что и полный курс. Первая — программа: ясность самого занятия. Вторая — люди: обе стороны аудитории, то есть привычки, в которые незаметно впадаем мы, преподаватели, и то, как точнее понимать молчание студентов. Третья — уровень владения языком: рабочие способы вести группы со смешанным уровнем и проверять, действительно ли язык развивается. За вторую половину дня (16:00–19:00) каждая область получает собственный рабочий блок с методикой, демонстрацией и совместным упражнением, в середине — кофе-пауза, а в финале все три сходятся в одном интегрированном задании. Тренинг практический, с активным участием, основан на реальном опыте работы в классе и открыт для преподавателей с уровнем английского не ниже B1.

The training costs $20 USD. It is a single full payment made at the time of registration — there is no deposit or split-payment option.
What time does it start and finish?
16:00 to 19:00 — three hours, including a coffee break. Certificates are issued at the close, so plan to stay to the end.
Where exactly is the venue?
The session is planned for the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD). The building and room are confirmed by email after registration.
What level of English do I need?
The training is delivered in clear English and is suitable for teachers at B1 level or above.
