Teach the Skill, Not the Test: A Skills-based Approach to English Language Teaching

This one-day, in-person training is built around a single unifying principle: teaching for skill, not simply preparing for a test. Across a full day (10:00–17:00), participants work through the core competencies of English language teaching with a focus on developing the underlying skills that drive genuine student progress. Each session combines methodology, demonstration, and collaborative exercises designed for practising teachers who want to move beyond exam formulas and build the skills their students actually need. The training is practical, participatory, and grounded in real classroom experience.
